Dennis Sheridan

Dennis qualified as a solicitor in July 1977 and worked in a range of practices from commercial West End firms to a small family run office in Woolwich, before opening D.R.Sheridan LLP in 1986.

The firm has been established since then, initially being a general practice, Dennis Sheridan specialising in personal injury and matrimonial, and during the last 10 years spcialising specifically in clinical negligence and family law.

Dennis is a trained collaborative family lawyer and is a member of the Northwest London POD and also a member of the Law Society Family Law Panel.

During the last 4 years Dennis Sheridan has become involved in the law of Insolvency with both corporate insolvency and individual bankruptcy and had the privilege of instructing Gabriel Moss Q.C. in one of the largest bankruptcies in the United Kingdom.

Dennis is Honorary Solicitor to the charity Shopmobility Watford; he is also Honorary Solicitor to the Edgware Contact Centre.

Dennis is also an accredited mediator trained by Resolution.

Anne Harper
Member

Anne joined D.R.Sheridan LLP in June 2007. Anne works with family law and advises on all aspects of family law including divorce, finance and property, children and co-habitation disputes.

In addition to work at D.R.Sheridan LLP, Anne takes a keen interest in voluntary work at the Watford Women's Centre and Children's contact centres.

Anne studied and graduated at the University of Hertfordshire and gained a commendation in the Legal Practice Course.

Fiona Smith
Associate

Fiona Smith is interested in all aspects of Property Law commercial and residential but has specialised in residential conveyancing since 1998. She qualified as a Legal Executive in 2002 but decided that wasn't enough of a challenge so continued with her studies and qualified as a Solicitor in 2007.

Fiona gained a distinction on the Legal Practice Course at the University of Hertfordshire in 2006 and was also awarded the Judges Prize.
